NEPTUNE Canada’s backbone will deliver power, Internet access and accurate time to five (possibly six) nodes, from which the network will extend via junction boxes to a wide range of instruments. Locations and community experimens were selected after much debate and review to address the key scientific questions within the major research themes for this project.
