Leslie joined NEPTUNE Canada in September 2005. Her role changed to Project Coordinator in September 2006.
Leslie earned her honors degree in Business from Carleton University in 1982. Since her graduation she has worked in marketing and communications, hospitality, customer service, office management and administration, as well as various entrepreneurial ventures.
Before joining NEPTUNE, Leslie spent 12 years at The Banff Centre where her roles included program coordinator, office manager, and executive assistant to both the management and arts programming areas. At The Banff Centre she played a key role in supporting international collaborative projects in a cross-disciplinary environment which included relationship building with financial supporters from both the private and public sectors.
Leslie will use her strong administrative and organizational skills to provide assistance to the NEPTUNE Canada project from research and coordination of funding requests, workshops and publications to developing efficient and consistent business practices and administrative policies.
